Hi everybody,

I have restarted my folding rig about ten days ago, and i have successfully completed 12 WU under the "prefered time", but I didn't get any bonus points for my last WU.

Yes, i'm a registered user ([INpact]Ellierys) and i have correctly set a Passkey. I have always sent my WU's in time but i never get any bonus points.

This is what my FAH Control says about my last WU sent :

Did i make a mistake somewhere ?

Without knowing the PRCG numbers we can't look up the work unit you've uploaded in your post. However, I was able to see your latest upload from your GPU and it did receive bonus points:

Your WU (P8900 R647 C1 G34) was added to the stats database on 2013-07-05 02:00:53 for 13260 points of credit.

It would appear from what we can see that you've only just reached your 10th work unit for bonus qualification. It also looks like you've used different passkeys at various times. Remember, you only need one passkey and it should be used for all your clients.

As long as your work is completed before the preferred timeout you should now receive bonus points for any core_a3, core_a4, core_a5 or core_17 work units provided they are all using a qualified passkey(i.e. the one your GPU is using).

Please let us know if you see different and include the project id (e.g. Project: 8900 Run 647, Clone 1, Gen 34) so we can check the results.

About the passkey, I've asked for one the 23 rd of june because i was unable to recover my old passkey in my e-mail folder. Maybe you are talking about this old passkey ? (from 2010 I think)

I have edited my previous post with more information about the WU.

If I understand well, some WU among 12 whom I had handled was not eligible to obtain the bonus ?
So the threshold to gain the bonus is 10 "eligible WU", and not just "10 WU".

Yes, that's probably what I'm seeing. Our look-up tool does not show us what the actual passkey was. When you request a passkey, as long as you use the same username and email address you should get the same passkey.

As you've already noticed you did not receive bonus points for the reported work unit:

Please check your next return from that client/slot as future work units should receive bonus points provided you maintain an 80% success rate.
