I've been attempting to alter a team I founded, yet when I use my supposed username, it says it is invalid.

Is there a way to reset or view my correct username?

I don't particularly want to make a new team and lose people's stats. Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out the email address is case sensitive. Removed the capital (stupid IPad) and was able to make the change.

Just after I sent the email, you resolved your issue Glad to hear that.

Could you let me know what specifically was going wrong? The email/teamname should be case-insensitive.

Feel free to PM me with the info, we would like to sort this out to be sure there isn't a bug somewhere.
