It seems like processing was fine, but the problem resulted when it was finishing up. I've never seen this error before. Any ideas?

Thanks, I figured that it went through successfully.
I guess I'm reporting this odd error, rather than a bad WU.

Something is causing your file system to become corrupted. Are you running out of space? Is the flash drive "worn out"? Does your OS and your flash drive support some kind of a check-disk process?
