How to keep tabs on multiple computers

I have multiple computers running folding at home client 5.04-console.exe for windows (command line)

Some of them are not at my house or local network or within my control.

Is there a way to get a report of machines that are doing work based on my "username"? such as how many points each machine is generating per day per week, etc and what its working on?

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I didnt see it.

Hello jasdjensen,
Welcome to the folding forum.
Check out fahmon in the Tools list linked at the top of this page.
Also see the 3rd party contributed software threads in this forum.

Requires Net Connection and some messing about:

Set an ftp server up at home and get them to ftp there logs and unitinfo's to your home machine. Then setup a web server and publish the unitinfos on it. That way you can monitor and read the logs from one place.

Thats the simplistic view. Its actually a little more complicated, but no more than maybe installing windows for the first time.

Simpler, but less information:

Alternatively, change all your computer names to seperate names and then just check for those names on the folding stats.

Never thought about Fahmon, but it may suit your needs better.

Thanks for the reply. I use FAHMon, which works well for computers that I have access to. But say I have a computer at my dads house on a different network, I cant really get into it and look at text files, etc.

What I'm asking is if Stanford has any webpages which give more detailed stats on my submissions.. such as this IP address has reported this many work units and this IP address has submitted this many, all under my same username.

Thanks.

No.

The IP address is considered by many to be confidential data and although the Pande Group could figure it out, they make a point about not displaying them.

I can't think of any other distinguishing data unless you change the username and then they would not be added together in the stats. The ftp script suggested by v00d00 is a good way to do it.
