My CPU has been stuck on this WU for while over an hour and it hasn't gotten pass 0%, in fact it's not even putting a load on my CPU as if it's not even running

Nothing is present in the Database so I have marked it for a follow-up.

At 17:37:09 you paused the WU. That's really unfortunate because by default, the first checkpoint is after 15 minutes and you only let it run 13 minutes. When it was restarted, we could have seen how much progress, if any, it was making but without a checkpoint, we can't tell from what you've posted.

Project 7513 has a timeout of 3.40 days so it might take between 20 minutes and maybe an hour of continuous processing before the log might report progress, depending a great deal on what else is running on your computer.

It's not putting a load on your CPU? That's a very unusual problem. There may be a slight delay before the FahCore engages, but it should start up. Are you watching via Task Manager?

I figured out what was wrong
I used Process Lasso to set core affinity and usually run A4 on 6 threads, when I got a A3 WU it auto switched it to only 2 threads I use for everything else on my PC
