WU does not generate any %GPU usage and the GPU clock has dropped down to 50MHz as if the GPU has nothing to do and the WU does not progress. The FAHCore_15.exe is using a full core of CPU usage. I noticed this happening and restarted the client to no beneficial effect.

I'm dumping the WU!

I'm seeing 99% utilization but a huge drop in PPD from what I used to get on these.

GTX 560 TI has dropped from a little over 19,000 to 15,000 PPD Project: 8043 (Run 0, Clone 2166, Gen 7)

GTX 460 1GB has dropped from 14,000 to 10,000 PPD Project: 8043 (Run 0, Clone 1543, Gen 35)

Is this an issue with the 2.25 client again?

Different projects give different PPD. That is a fact of life and always will be. Complaining because a project gives slightly less than some other project is pointless. That is not my issue.

My issue is that with this specific WU -- It locks up the core and I get 0 PPD with 0% GPU usage.

The sun is shinning even thought the weatherman said that it would not. (for the rest of you, a big deal here in the Pacific NW in the winter) Otherwise I'd be really pissed about your response. I'm not complaining about my PPD. I'm stating a fact that PPD on these WU's has dropped based on the history that I have. I am not comparing this project to another. I don't want to go back to baby sitting the clients and switching FAH_core versions.
To try to answer your question, my systems acted weird yesterday and I had a slot running at ~75%, a P7660 running on a system with a P762x.
Update: Switched FAH_core versions. The 2.22 version gets 19,270 PPD with the GTX 560 TI. I was hoping that this was fixed. I so want to "set and forget"

This topic is about only one problem WU: p8043 (run 0, Clone 2382, Gen 16). It is a notification to the developers of this project of a single problem WU. Nothing more.
