Would be nice to have my intel (R) HD graphics card to work with this program, actauly being able to see the protein I am working on is kind of something I enjoy and seeing a black blob is kind of boring.

The Pande Group would like that, too. Drivers seem to be the problem, though. See some off-the-cuff remarks in the topic on the GPU

Thank you for your fast response. Based off of what I am reading I am guessing that this wont be implemented for awhile if at all?

That's my assessment, too, but there's no way to really know. It's up to Intel to develop the drivers.

Protein Viewer should not that different on Intel GPUs than on other ones - it is standard OpenGL. Computing a WU is a much different task as for some unknown reason the Intel OpenCL is not in that good shape. It is strange because Intel has very many developers involved in graphics and the GPU stuff.
