I just started folding again, but unlike before, I grouped my computers under a new single user name.

I think I crashed some SMP's, and IIRC you can't crash many before you stop getting QRB.

How do I check to see how many I've completed vs. crashed for User McSwain, Team 195247?

Weird. One machine indicated it crashed twice. Or at least that's what I THOUGHT it said.

Sometimes when a WU crashes, the Client starts it over (when there's a chance it can be completed successfully.)
