Planned Vacation = Not Accept New Projects?

With the holidays upon me I do not anticipate to have my computer running for a few days. I have a few folding projects finishing up and I am curious as to how to stop accepting new projects without "deleting" or prematurely ending a project; I would hate to miss a deadline. How do I temporarily stop accepting new folding projects?
