Does new AV with firewall break F@H?

I uninstalled my old AV software to install new AV software and I saw this after booting while I was unprotected. I clicked cancel. Do I have to go back into Windows Firewall to allow something? And how is F@H affected by new AV installs that include firewalls? The status says running and the percentage is increasing but I'm wondering if things will upload and download properly. I'll know for sure in a couple of days when I check the team page but I figured I'd ask.
The message about VBScript bothers me too but I'll know if that starts working the next time I boot. I need VBScript for a start-up program.

Here's what my new AV's firewall says:
The question marks mean "prompt for action." I'm not sure when I'll be promped. I could change it to allow or block.

FAHCLIENT is responsible for contacting the internet to send and receive assignments and other things. You're obviously running two WUs, so it worked, but I don't remember if FAHCLIENT prompted me to allow it to go on-line before I set it to trusted. (You don't want it asking you every time it finishes an assignment and starts a new one.)
FAHCOREWRAPPER and FAHCORE_xx (there may be many values of xx) don't need to contact anybody except the FAHCLIENT inside your OS, so it doesn't matter what you set for them.

OK, I'm trusting FAHCLIENT. I'm also turning off Windows Firewall until I find out whether it works with Kaspersky PURE 2.0.
