I just purchased a EVGA GTX560 SE. Installed V7 Client and flagged it to pick up the beta units. But when it pick sup a WU its a 7xxx project. So I look into the Data files and it has a G80 folder but not a fermi folder. Why is it not registering as a fermi?

Hello Erick Silver, welcome to the forum.
You'll have to remove the beta setting before we can help.
The next step after that is to post the *** System *** section of your log so we can see what is happening with the client. Thanks.

It does appear that somewhere along the line that device got mischaracterized as a G80. I'll submit a request to have it corrected but you'll have to be patient until somebody can correct it on the server.
Thank you for the report.

Not trying to be pushy. But any idea when this will be resolved? I have this great card and can't fold on it.

No idea when it will get fixed and the fix distributed. Please remember that the past week was a major holiday period, a limited number of persons would have been around to monitor the servers, etc. Normally this kind of fix can take a few days to a few weeks to be put in place. Have patience, it will get sorted out eventually.

OK I see that the ticket has been updated. Want to see if this is ready now or should we wait for the update?

When do they usually do updates out of curiosity?

I know that I am being a bit impatient with the situation. The reason being is because I am a Team Captain on one of Overclock.nets Folding teams. (Teams within the OCN Team). We have a Team Competition going on and currently my Team is in almost dead last. While I am cranking out 5k WU's that others in my Hardware Category are cranking out 40k -50k WU's.

Is there any word on the update yet? The tickets said 9 days ago that the Whitelist suggested changes had been made and that the monthly update was about due. I'm trying to get an idea of when this will be put into effect. Have attempted to update the GPU list and the client still recognizes the GPU as a 0x11 core. Not a 0x15 core.
