Lost quick return bonus?

Not sure what the best section for this is so I'll just drop it here.
A folder from http://www.dslreports.com/forum/helix had a huge drop off in points. I think he lost his QRB. Just wanted to see if someone can confirm if this is the problem.

should be Final credit estimate, 2831.00 points from the log, guessing he got base points.
