Its been a while since i did any folding so got my new pc set up, but i dont seem to have been awarded any bonus points. Can someone check it for me.

Im using my same passkey i always used.

Hi Rob,

You have multiple passkeys in the data base and one of them shows only 1 WU returned while another shows over 140.

The first thing to check is the passkey you entered in the new setup and make sure it's identical to your old one. Even if you used copy/paste to enter it there's always a chance that a character at the beginning or end was missed or an extra space was somehow added.

Yep just checked my pass key by copying an pasting into the first box and manually entering in the second and they match. I have returned 2 smp units today can you tell me if i got bonus points on them?

That definitely received a bonus as the base points for that project is 203. If you did not receive bonus points for the first SMP WU that you returned, that might be from being a fresh install of the V7 client. Depending on which OS and type of install, the client defaults to downloading a WU immediately. That will be before your username, team and passkey are configured. When the WU is completed and turned in, those settings differ from what was sent at the beginning and the end and the QRB is not awarded. There is a fix planned for this problem, a future release is supposed to have an improved installer that will check to see if the client s configured and give you a chance to do that first if it is not.
