The CPULOAD is very high (thus is extremely loaded), 13.64 so it can be a temporary issue, just have to wait and see what happens.

That group of work servers were all running cpu loads of around 14-15 most of Friday, they are back to a more normal load. Perhaps they had to correct a problem, the reject status was only for a couple hours.
