My stats page shows 1680 work units done. I have two machines running Folding. I verified the username and group number are correct. The one machine shows 1980 units done. They don't seem to have been counted in my stats. What could be the problem?

Are you positive that you've always had the current username entered? Is it possible that you folded a bunch early on as "anonymous"?

While the mods can look up who's completed any WU, for a specific username they can only see the most recently completed one. If they have the PRCG numbers, though, they can check who completed it no matter how long ago it was. If you could go into the log file(s) and post them here they may be able to see where WUs are being credited elsewhere if it's still happening. You may want to keep an eye on things to see if you can spot any lack of credit in the work that hasn't been completed yet, which would make identifying the problem easier, though remember that it can take a few hours for the credit to show up on the stat page.

I'm not sure why the discrepancy in WUs showing in your stats but it looks like your not using a passkey in your client.

I only see you getting base points.

Thanks ChelseaOilman. I added a passkey to both machines. I checked and those are the last workunits from each machine. I'd hate to think all those WUs done and not credited.

I have been running folding for a few years now, never as anon. The only thing I can see is one machine is number 1 and the other is 5.

Maybe for some reason I'm getting the points, but not for the WUs.

I assume the numbers 1 and 5 are the MachineID setting. Within the past 90 days, three clients have returned WUs for sigma957, one Linux machine and two clients with different MachineIDs (which is as it should be) on a Windows machine.

It should also be noted that you have three spellings of sigma957, each with different WU credits.
