new to V7; downloaded & installed 7.1.52_86 for the first time today.

2 XP boxes

twin GTX 560 Ti
twin GTX 460 se

and 1 Vista box
GTX275 & 9800GTX+

both installs on the XP boxes seem fine,
the install on the Vista box is not identifying base credit estimated credit, estimated ppd or the points per day at the bottom of the screen.

the "folding slots" window correctly Id's the cards

00 5766 7,11,1020
01 5768 1,239,771

both slots have run pas t45% completion
just wondering why it's not picking up point values under vista?/

It's not a question of XP vs Vista. It's a question of Fermi vs Non-Fermi. The Fermi servers have updated server code and are supplying the necessary info. The non-Fermi servers are not.

XP box #1

slot 00 GTX 460 Se wu 8031 fahcore 0x15
slot 01 GTX 460 Se ' 8031 ' 0x15

XP box #2
slot 00 GTX 560 Ti wu 8034 fahcore 0x15
slot 01 GTX 560 Ti ' 8034 ' 0x15

Vista box
slot 00 GTX275 wu 5769 fahcore 0x11
slot 01 9800GTX+ " 5769 " 0x11

Where is the point data coming from? is it possible that some wu's /cores don't provide that to the local control panel & that calculations are done up-stream at the server level ?

Ok you snuck that one in while I was typing :e)

FYI:

The latest version of the HFM.net monitoring software does support v7 clients and should be able to show your PPD for all your clients.
