Successfully completed a number of WU on this system, and haven't seen this error before.

Considering someone else successfully finished that WU, it's more than likely an issue with your computer.

Your WU (P6904 R2 C47 G48) was added to the stats database on 2012-02-25 18:08:45 for 31541 points of credit.

I'll do a detailed look, none of the sensors tripped, but didn't check all the logs.
