AMD 6990M Crossfire. Best settings?

What are the best settings for a 6990 Crossfire setup? I have a notebook with dual GPUs, and right now GPU utilization is very inconsistent and jumps around from 0% -100% and everything in between. This is on both GPUs. I'm running client v7 Client. I really have no clue what I'm doing here
