What is the longest generation a project has gone through? I mean, I understands the basics for the R,C,G and I just wanted to know when one kind of "completes". I know it is individual for each project and probably for each R and C but to get an idea I want to know the longest generation-span-thingy one R C has gone through.


And if someone could say something about the average generation that would be great aswell

I recently crunched a WU with a run of something like 11K

These were the highest Gen's I could find in recent log files

2653 (Run 20, Clone 162, Gen 86)
2653 (Run 3, Clone 81, Gen 92)
2653 (Run 31, Clone 131, Gen 91)
2080 (Run 25, Clone 15, Gen 95)

2653 (R33, C115, G96)

A fairly old one (2 yrs), but p245 did at least 190 Gens.
I did the 181st:

Last month I had :
p2606, r30, c0, g131
and p2653's are now into their 90's

and for a high run number :
p3306, r11324, c2, g0

Easier to see how "far" a R - C is when you know aprox how many generation it takes

Those WU with 11K runs only have 2 gens
