Welcome to the forum (and the project), Alacran72.
Which version of the client did you install? If it was 6.23, the one found on
this page, then it should have created a systray icon that looks like a group of multicolored bubbles. If you hover your mouse over this, it should say something to the effect of "Completed xxx/yyy", and hopefully xxx is not 0.
Another, more informative option, is to look at the log file. This can be accessed either by right-clicking the systray icon and clicking on Log (it's somewhere in one of the submenus, I forget which), or by searching your computer for the file "FAHlog.txt." Scroll down to the bottom, and if there are messages that show it completing an increasing amount of work, then it's working. This file is helpful for figuring out if anything is wrong, as well. The log file for any client type can be accessed by searching for it, in case you downloaded one of the other ones.
The reason your score hasn't changed is probably because you haven't finished a Work Unit yet. Each WU is assigned a point value, and your username is credited with those points once it's successfully returned. If you started it within the past day, it probably hasn't finished. It can also take an hour or two for the stats page to be updated once a WU has been turned in since they are only refreshed every couple of hours.

Hello Alacran72, welcome to the forum.
Points are not updated until each work unit is completed and sent back to the servers. That could take hours or days, depending on the speed of your computer.

If you want to see if you are folding, you can check the Windows task manager -- You should see FAHCore_xx in the list of processes and they should be using some CPU. How much CPU usage depends on the specific client i.e. the GPU client may only be using a few %, the uniprocessor client should be using a single cores worth and the smp client should be close to 100%.
You can also look at the FAHLOG.txt file. The clients should add a time-stamped text line every 1% done and many lines when starting or sending a WU.
The stats web page will only change a few hours after successfully completing a WU. Depending on the specific WU, your specific HW, and how much time you fold it could take a few minutes to a month or more to complete a WU so that may not be the best way to determine if you are actually successfully folding.
