Install the client to run as a service. Services start when Windows starts, not when a user logs in. And services run with any and all users. . . except for the GPU slot/client which cannot run as a service on Vista/Win7/2K8 (Windows security blocks it, not a fah problem). CPU and SMP clients can run as a service on WinXP and above. Linux is similar. CPU and SMP, no GPU.

Perfect.
This is what I need to enroll to a market target. Computer medium power, and without graphics card. As supermarket chains.
Sorry for my direct question. But I do not like to improvise. I need links to install the smp as a service. Both 32 and 64-bit. Thank you.

The standard SMP installation guide has all the info. The ability to install as a service is part of the advanced configuration and is near the end of options. Take note of the administrator privileges needed to install it as a service.

The Pande Group never put out a 64-bit Windows SMP client, but the 32-bit client runs perfectly well in 64-bit OSes.

If you're looking for something easier but newer (and thus a bit buggier, but for your purposes you probably won't encounter any bugs), the v7 client can easily be set to install an SMP slot on installation. In fact, if the installer detects multiple cores, it defaults to setting up an SMP slot, and you can install it as a service right off the bat. The guide is here. There are separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions, but the installation is identical as far as I know.

Who owns the supermarket chain? They're going to be the OWNER of the computer. The FAH license prohibits it from being installed on a computer that you do not own unless you have the written permission of the owner of the computer.

Sorry to not have been more extensive in my information. I know very well my responsibilities in the different stages in life. I need information about the installation process. Not on how to convince a Board of Directors; of and it can provide help.

I'm in talks with companies and institutions; where is that is what I need.
I need the procedure to install the V7.1.24 on its smp as a service.
I hope my question is clear. I am an old man and I know all too well; my responsibilities in life.

Sorry, maybe I understood wrong. Do I need permission in writing of F@H to install research software?

You do not need F@H's permission. You need the Board of Director's permission.
