Projects 7900-7902 to adv
Posted: Thu Aug 04, 2011 7:11 pm
These projects try to explore the thermal stability and folding pathways of the N terminal of the Calmodulin protein.
Calcium ions are very relevant in cell signaling controlling various important processes. Calmodulin (CALcium MODULated proteIN) senses levels of calcium and binds to a (large!!) number of different protein targets.
