How do you become a Pande Group Member?

i saw someone with 3 posts and they we're a Pande Group Member, on the page of mmbers on page 207, i really want to become a Pande Group Member 
You can start by applying to Stanford University, either with an advanced degree in one of the sciences associated with FAH or with a plan to get such a degree.
