project 6903 on bigadv

We have released project 6903 (12+ core big SMP) to bigadv. Early testing shows good stability for these work units; we may continue to adjust the points values as we go.
We are shortening deadline values on 6903:
final deadline now 12 days, preferred deadline 7.2 days, k-factor 38.05.
Further adjustments may follow.
