Since 29/03/2011 05:50:59, I had this WU 4 times on 1 of my clients.
This WU stopped 4 times at 65% with this message

[15:23:51] Completed 162500 out of 250000 steps  (65%)
[15:25:52] CoreStatus = 0 (0)
[15:25:52] Client-core communications error: ERROR 0x0
[15:25:52] Deleting current work unit & continuing...

Finally, I stopped to calculate this WU.

I did what explain in this thread for the bad WU :

Delete the Work folder
Delete the queue.dat file
Change the Machine ID to another unique value

This client get a new WU.

There's only one record of the WU being returned (not by you) and they got an error. We'll follow up in a few days.
