This work unit was credited for the 1798 base points with no bonus, which is the first time that I have not received bonus points for SMP2 work units.

Having the same issue here. Starting to wonder who got credited with my bonus points. It completed in 99% of the time and my previous 10113 provided me in the region of 14 or15k.

I don't think anybody can help you.

The Mods can tell you whether you got bonus credit or not, but apparently you already know that piece of information. I can see that you completed the WU in less that a day, so you're not over the Preferred Deadline limit, but you already knew that, too. What I cannot see is the words "Found passkey" so I can only guess if you had one enabled at the time of the download. Even the Mods cannot tell whether your passkey and username combination have met the 10 WU/80% critera, you have to verify that yourself. Nobody but you know whether you changed passkeys or changed usernames while you were working on that WU or if you moved the wu from one CPU or Machine ID to another, which are other reasons for bonus disqualification.

The stats are available on the server as I can still extract my own hourly production for the last 24 hours or so, and those would indicate clearly that by a miracle I got bonus points on all units before and the units after that. So that is just an excuse or an attempt to discredit me. Furthermore, my daily stats would not be around 28-30k average with one 2600K and one GTX460 if I was not getting bonus points.
But perhaps you were the person that rerouted my bonus boints to your totals and at the same time tries to intimate that my report is not credible.
All the info is available, and if there is intent then that can be checked and verified while its still available on the server rather than coming with all kinds of statements that question my honest query.

A second work unit for project 10113 has also not received any bonus points today.
It is Run 87, Clone 8, Gen 3.

Seven other SMP2 work units for projects 60xx have all received the proper bonus points today.

True statement, and the log snippet you posted does not refute that. NO ONE but a Stanford staff member has access to your passkey information, so only THEY can check on your 80% completion rate. But that isn't likely the issue here, unless you recently changed fah users names.

She did not question your statements or honesty. She said that you did not provide enough information for a fellow forum member (like herself) to assist you, and then pointed out what was missing, and then who could help with the rest. This wasn't about personal shortcomings, but informational shortages.

Please wait for a Forum Moderator or Forum Admin to come along and provide what information they can.

As far as "couldn't care" perhaps you're forgetting that everyone here who doesn't have a Stanford logo by their name is a volunteer, and we don't spend 24x7 here on the website. I believe everyone cares, in spite of your attitude.

As 7im said, we don't have access to anything associated with your passkey unless you reveal it to us. We recommend you never post your passkey. If you do reveal it to someone, be sure you trust them.

If you'd like to trust me with your passkey and the username that was in place both of which were continuously in use while the WU was downloaded through uploading, I'd be happy to see if I can find any more information but that information may still be limited.

Now a third work unit has not been credited with bonus points today.
It is Project 10114, Run 87, Clone 3, Gen 5.

Each of the three work units I reported has received only the base 1798 points.
The following bonus points are missing:

Project 10113, Run 0, Clone 7, Gen 3 -- 7658 bonus points.
Project 10113, Run 87, Clone 8, Gen 3 -- 6795 bonus points.
Project 10114, Run 87, Clone 3, Gen 5 -- 6353 bonus points.

Luckily I don't have any more Project 1011x work units running or I'd be screaming right about now!!!

Yes, I've received bonus points on every SMP2 work unit, including many 1011x, except for these three that completed today, and they were processed on three different systems. Something in the stats system broke early today, but I have no idea what. Seven other SMP2 work units (60xx) were submitted today and they all received the proper bonus points.

Same here for 10113, finished 97% time remaining & no bonus awarded. 1st time for me also that no bonus awarded since I started passkey folding. Is it a coincidence that 10113,10114 & 10115 is no longer in the Project Summary list?
