Folding Cannot Find user

Hi,
Ok I installed the GPU Client and it runs perfectly but when i checked the log this what it shows.
It shows my User info, Team info everything but it doesn't do anything other than retrying
The team doesn't have any password. I tried disabling my firewall no hope.
Any solution how I could get this right I tried the normal command prompt version still same messages.
But the DNA Screen works fine no lag or anything.
My ID is correct on the team and the number is also correct still no use.
