Unable to upload to work server 143.89.28.70 -- collection server 143.89.28.73 reports no record of work unit.
1) Server status page reports that the server status to be full operation and accepting connections.
2) I can connect to 143.89.28.70 on both ports and get an OK response on each
3) Yup, I'm aware of the data center upgrades going on but see one and two
4) Same client is communicating properly with other servers

If anyone else is having a problem with this server, PG is aware of the problem and looking into it. Server has been removed from AS for the time being.

I am working on this issue. Could you let me know your user name? I do see some attempts to return the WUs which can not be found in the server log.

It seems that the server has successfully accepted the following WU returning from you:
project: 2972
run 25
clone 13
gen 21
But did not accept the following one:
run 5
clone 55
gen 23
It seems that the unit_id of this WU cannot be found in the database.
I will try to restart the server code
