Request for help with Protomol b4 core WUs

Has anyone had the looping/pausing problem with core status 62(98) with Protomol (b4 core) WUs that were NOT using the systray client?
There is a recent example of this at http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=16400
Anyone who has had the same problem BUT using the console client, please help fix this bug by posting here or contacting me.
