Hello dzrbenson, welcome to the forum, and welcome to the project.
The best way to start is usually to ease in to things and learn the ropes. A single CPU Systray client is my recommendation. As you become more familiar with the software, it's much easier to determine if want to add more clients, or which type of clients to run.
For example, a single cpu client, using 1 of your CPU cores, has not impact on system performance for your daily task, and is a "set and forget" installation. F@h just runs without any hassles.
But we can get more complex and more productive as quickly as you want. We could install multiple CPU clients, on for each CPU core on that i5, and even add a GPU client. This would produce a lot more results, but also impact the system performance a bit, and use more electricity.
We have lots of options, depending on your preferences. And fah is flexible enough to change if/when your preferences change. We're here to help.
P.S. The
Install Guides are good for helping install a client of your choice.
