Seems everybodys GTX460s has been idle for #20 attempts or so to get work now because of this.

The AS is empty and needs to be filled up:

Assignment Servers, unlike Work Servers, don't get filled with WUs. The AS is kind of like the traffic director, matching the client with a WS when a suitable one with WUs is available.

Your log is likely telling you the reason you can't get a WU right now:

+ No appropriate work server was available; will try again in a bit.
