That's good, but it did put one of my gtx 460 to sleep 3 or 4 times this morning and once this afternoon. I've been running 2 gtx 460 for about a month without issues, until this one turned up. I finally got rid of it, not by cleaning the fah folder, but by letting the client finish the WU running on the other client.

Not sure if it matters at all but you were getting Unstable_Machine messages not EUE's. Is your computer that had the problem overclocked at all? Or do you have all the current Microsoft Updates, if it's a Windows machine? Not sure if the second one really matters thou.

UNSTABLE_MACHINE error on me too, GTX480 X2, If I delete the project and get a new WU It will run absolutely fine 24/7 until this one WU shows up and then its back to the error

Same work unit is now causing my GPU to sleep.
Nothing is overclocked in this machine. Has been running perfectly for weeks. GPU is a GTX 465.

I'm prety new at all this...
Win7 Ultimate 64-bit
NVidia GTX 465 (stock @ 600/1600) (Driver: 257.21) (BIOS 70.00.21.00.04)
System has 6GB ram running on Core I7 Extreme 965
Seems like only the GPU should be relevent and it looks like we have the same line of GPU.
Still doesn't help me figure out how to get crunching again.
(PS I deleted everything in the work folder, didn't help.)

Welcome to the site then. If we can get you noticed, someone should be able to help you.
If you're just trying to get another work unit, the advice given by 7im in another thread may help you.

Stop the client. Delete the work folder (assuming all completed WUs have been uploaded) and the queue.dat file, and the unitinfo.txt file. Reconfigure the client to change the Machine ID number as suggested above. Run the client, and you should get a different WU.

@joker927: Is there a reason to use 257.21 Driver instead of 258.96? If not, then I suggest that you update them. BTW since your new, you may want to read my GPU Guide to obtain a better understanding of your Client.

No, I just didn't know there were new ones. I updated, rebooted and got the same errors.
I deleted work folder, queue files, and changed machine id. The client grabbed a new WU and is now crunching away.
As far as I can tell, all signs point to this WU being bad.

Well, not quite all signs, as someone has completed that WU, although we don't know on what kind of GPU, but I would tend to agree with you. Just to be sure...
Even though not overclocked, how are the system and GPU temps?
Do these cards pass the MemtestG80 stress test without errors?

Because you are curious:
GPU temp after 24 hour folding is 87C. Nvidia reports max temp are 105C for this card.
CPU temp after 24 hour folding is ~74C on each core. Can't find exact intel doc but I know these run hot and I hear 75C is normal for load @ stock.
Also I download and ran memtestG80 and it went through it's 50 iterations without error.
