Deleted this WU, it wouldn't even start and was blocking the queue.

No data back from query.

We'll have to wait long enough to determine if it's a bad WU that never uploads a report or if somebody can successfully get it to make a report (complete or incomplete). All we know at this point is that it went into circulation on or before [September 8 13:00:16 UTC].
