Have your passkey/username been qualified for the Bonus Points? - Did you finish 10 FahCore_a2 or FahCore_a3 WUs?
Are you returning the WU before the Preferred Deadline?

Yes I am qualified to receive bonus, another PC finished a 2684 and I received the bonus.
Yes I finished the WU before the deadline, within 4 days.

The deadline is not the problem:
Days taken to complete WU: 3.22

I have no way to check your bonus qualifications, so we'll rely on your report. By the way, have you changed your UserName or Passkey recently? (If you download a WU with one UserName and return it with a different UserName, you will not get a bonus.)

Hi Bruce.
First off all thank you.
I didn't change my username/passkey recently, I changed the team almost 4 months ago, so I don't think that is the problem.
I downloaded this WU in one PC e finished in another one, because I stoped the first PC to chance some part's. But I transfered all F@H directory to the second PC.
In one day I will finish a bigwu, I will follow the results. If the problem occurr again I will post here.

Aha. You found the problem -- and saved somebody at Stanford having to search the logs for your WU and figure out the reason the bonus was disqualified. When you manipulated the files by sneakernetting to another WU, FAH detected it and the bonus was disqualified for that WU.

FAH is specifically designed to run unattended -- NOT to be manipulated -- and just because "everybody does it" does not assure that the security associated with the bonuses won't detect the manipulation.
