The keyboard stopped working. How do I stop the client (SMP2-A3; Win 7)? Which is better for WU, Shut Down, End Task or Close button on the console?

Thanks in advance.

Try the Close button on the console, this will then tell the core to stop in an orderly fashion.

I stopped the client - Close button on the console. I changed the keyboard, but still does not work (WU survived). PS/2 port or something on the motherboard does not work. Now I have to buy a USB keyboard and go into BIOS to see what happens.
(This computer is in our office. Colleague is on vacation. I incorporated it a few days for FAH. There interference of "dark forces". :? )

Well (at least under windows xp) there a such thing as "on screen keyboard" underneath accessories. Not sure how well that would work and if that is on windows 7 but it a option maybe you can take.

I didn't check, but I expect that on-screen keyboard is a permanent component. It's under "accessibility" which means it's intended for the handicapped. (Suppose your hands didn't work and you had to run Windows with eye motions and/or maybe a mouse that's adapted to your mouth.) Of course no-keyboard devices like the ipad/iphone have something similar that is intended for everybody.

I can confirm that on Windows 7 32 & 64 bit, On-Screen Keyboard is available:
Orb -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Ease of Access -> On-Screen Keyboard
I was able to successfully terminate my GPU3 Console Window using Crtl+C and it restarted without any problems.
