That's very hard to get only 620 points after folding more than 12H :? :? :? :?

If this is something that you see on a regular basis, then I would start looking into hardware related items. If it is reported as bad, you may be unlucky to get so may bad WUs. If it is reported as good, then you should check your hardware.

You may be given partial credits for EUEs however, if there are reports that the WU was able to finish successfully, then I would suggest that you check your hardware. Do remember that a small percentage of WUs from a Project may EUE, that is natural. For example, I have finished 199 SMP2 WUs without a single EUE. My GPU has finished ~900 WUs where it had only 3 EUEs that were caused by my fault; first was Windows Update and the second was my OC on my GPU which I had to reduce so that the new drivers would function properly. YMMV but there are very few WUs which are bad.

The error relates to instabilities with RAM timings either being to tight or not enough voltage to QPI and or IOH settings.

You're the second person to try this WU; the first donor didn't get any points. But his machine trashes 670x-class WU's regularly, so I wouldn't take his failure too seriously.
