If you lock your account like with windows 7 dose folding@home still continue

Yes, if you do not close the application and it is running when you lock the account, it is still folding.

FAH will stop processing is if your power-savings settings cause your system to sleep. The only other time FAH will stop processing is if it's the GPU client and something causes the GPU to be disabled (like remote desktop or some screensavers and maybe locking the screen).
