Seems like, from mid day eastern time GPU work units are uploading but not being compiled in the stats. Is this a new problem again?

the last update on the stat server was at 9:00 AM PDT now it is 1:04PM PDT.
the forum heading doesn't show the Stanford time either.

Yes, there is something going on. I know I had WUs uploading in time for the latest update on EOC but their stats show zeroes for all teams.

The stats are not updating.

Let's keep this visable until someone from HQ acknowledges that there is a problem.

@glussier: Could you please edit the title of your opening post to reflect the fact that this is a failure of the stats system in general and not just a few GPU WUs.

Something like "STATS system is down"

We'll look into it. For now, the updates may be a bit sporadic until we see what's up. Also, it's the weekend and the sysadmins are not in the office, so I don't want to do anything too ambitious in case we need a server restart, etc.

FYI the last update that appeared to be successful was 8:23 am PDT.

Looks like the 4pm PDT update has successfully updated the Official stats.

I'm certain I am missing a few GPU WU's as both 3Pm and 6Pm show zero's for me on my team stats on EOC

it seems EOC has some how updated the points as of the 9PM cycle,but the official stat page still shows the same time for me as posted above for last work unit.

Latest EOC Stats update produced zero credits for a 3 hr batch, while the previous one was also zero, the one before that was the sum of that block + the 2 previous blocks !


So, up till now, 4 blocks of 3 hours without any Stats, 1 block with Stats of 9 hrs in total

Clearly, the Stats too, need more redundancy

Sorry but FAH is getting pretty frustrating with all the problems lately ,
i see people stopping because of this

Just got up here and after I checked the Official Stats, it showed me no change so I thought that the power loss I had at my place must have messed up the internet connection so check it and found it to be working fine. Puzzled, I did a quick check of the work folders and found that all the WU results have been uploaded. I then decided to check the Forum and found this. So far from what I have read, it seems to me that they are two separate issues:
1) PS3 Servers are down
2) Stats system is not functioning for the entire Project
Hope this gets fixed quickly.

I kind of find it amazing that a group that has millions of dollars of donated computer resources to it can not keep the reward system up and going.

Thanks for the post acknowledging the issue. We look forward to resolution of the problem on Monday.

Ha Ha True. But even crap happens to companies beyond even there control.I am not one to brag but i have a very high rank in my team with my data from my PS3.Though the way things are going I'm most likely going to be dethroned mm.

Can I just confirm... are the stats still being updated okay - just not calculated/displayed correctly? I've completed a few in the last day or so which have been accepted okay.

I'm just a minnow really in folding terms, but would like to know that the electricity I've used folding went towards something.
