I have had F@h downloaded on my pc for almost one whole year and i seem to get no points and i do not know what the problem is can somone check it for me please

First what client(s) are you using? Perhaps show the logs.

First, you should confirm you are actually contributing work. When FAH is running, you can see your CPU processor utilization at 100%

Then, if it is actually doing something, look for a file called FAHlog.txt

within that file, there are many lines of text, most importantly, ones that look like this

OK I suspect you have a project 26XX which is quite big and will seem slow.
OK let's guess you have a systray cpu in windows so there should be a little coloured ball thing on your taskbar.
Right click on it got to status then logfile here you will see a FAHlog.txt thingee cut and paste that and post it between the code thing, look up. It will look like this:

OK working on project 2613 worth 755 points so quite big, but should score a bonus points score. My laptop @ 1.8GHz is doing one of these and it is taking 46min per frame giving 235ppd.

No i havent changed nothing but it may be my slow pc, how long would it take ur pc to to this ?

It takes just over 3 days on my old laptop, this will vary considerably on the speed of your CPU and how long you run it for.
If you want advice on maximising your system or anything else, have a look around the forum, plenty of info and help here

you won't get points til you return the work unit.

From the log that you posted, it does seem clear that you're probably right about having a slow PC. It's probably useful to know what type of hardware you have and how many hours per week that you actually run the folding client. Points are only awarded for work that is completed before the deadline and searching for the messages mentioned by parkut apparently turned up nothing. You might also look in FAHlog-Prev.txt since it often contains older data than what you posted.
