Version 24 of the Protomol core is on advmethods

This version addresses the "Guru Meditation" error. This error is caused when the state of a file is inconsistent upon restart.
Now every time the trajectory file is written (the DCD file) the checksum is written. This should eliminate the majority of the errors when there is a hard shutdown. It is still possible that files can be corrupted when there is a hard shutdown.

If possible, please try to shut and restart the client in order to test the frequency of "Guru Meditation" errors.
