There are multiple immediate EUE reports in the stats db ... so I marked this WU as bad.

My client is still downloading this unit and of course generating the eue.

You may want to delete the work folder and the queue.dat file and restart the client and hopefully, you will be assigned another WU

I had tried the deletions at least a dozen times and no help. I deleted and then waited about an hour and a half, restarted and now have a different unit. All is right with the world.
