Have you gone over your data allowance?
It won't affect your PPD

I'm not 100% positive, but it might affect your PPD and more specifically the fast return bonus on SMP2 projects

as far as I know, I dont have a cap. In past months, I have downloaded 150GB+ with no slow down.
Hopefully this will be resolved today.

I am 100% positive. Anything that slows down how long it takes to return a work unit reduces the SMP Bonus on A3s. A WU isn't completed until it's uploaded 100% and logged as received by the servers.
Even on GPU and CPU clients, an hour of uploading a work unit on a slow dialup connection is an hour of not folding. Even if it's only 5 points...

Not everyone runs SMP, but yes if you're running the SMP2 client, you want to get that issue fixed ASAP.

Signal problems can result in packet loss and greatly reduced speeds.
Call your ISP tech support.
If they don't fix it the first time, call them again.
