Project: 5907 (Run 10, Clone 44) uploaded but no points. Why

I have had a WU not credited today.
It was P5907 (Run 10, Clone 44, Gen 3) and would have been 1888 points. The biggest work unit score I would ever have had!
All completed and successfully uploaded and "Thank you for your contribution to Folding@Home."
But poof! Gone! No credit. No points for it.
And I didn't do anything. No shifting to other machines or anything like that.

Ah well, I don't do it for the points do I?

Please post portions of FAHlog.txt from that machine. Specific things I'm looking for are the times associated with downloading Project: 5907 (Run 10, Clone 44, Gen 3) and uploading the result plus any attempts to upload it that might have failed before the one that succeeded. I'm also interested in the MachineID and UserID (at least the first few and last few digits) shown near the top of FAHlog as well as the MachineID associated with any other client that might be running on the same OS.

Hi Bruce,
Thanks for the reply. I previously ran a CPU client, up to March 2. Then I got a GPU card, NV9500GT.
So I uninstalled the CPU client software and installed the GPU client software.
I have added below:
1. Part of the log from the old CPU client, Feb 27
2. Beginning of GPU log to show machine ID and User ID on March 2
3. Beginning of 5907 (Run 10, Clone 44, Gen 3) on March 4
4. End of 5907, March 5

Sorry for long post and thanks for your help.

Steve

I think it's an issue with server 171.64.122.70 giving out the P5907 WUs. Seems like it intermittently gives out credit. There's another thread about this issue.

171.64.122.70 - Missing credits

Well, I'm confused, but the stats server may also been confused by the same information. I can see the last project that you've returned from each client based entirely on the UserID/MachineID which is shown at the top of the log. Here's what I see:

4DB5xxx (CPU) [Feb 17 11:17:27 UTC] Proj6319
E34Exxx (CPU) [Mar 1 15:02:18 UTC] Proj10006
E44Exxx (GPU) [Mar 6 17:03:26 UTC] Proj5766

I don't see any GPU results from a machine with UserID 4DB5xxx so apparently something is not being reported correctly or something changed. The GPU client has completed a WU after the results were uploaded [March 5 13:18:30 UTC] so it's possible that w're talking about a client with a UserID starting with Exxxx. If so, is the CPU result uploaded from the same machine? Look further down in the logs and see if you can find the proper UserID/MachineID report.

It's also possible that you have a single machine and that during an unistall/reinstall the UserID changed. If so, it's important to figure out whether this happened after the missing WU was downloaded and before the result was uploaded.

ChelseaOilman is right about there being reports of strange issues for that server reporting credits, so that could be it too.
