There were two threads discussing this server.
"171.64.65.71 accepting... but" was combined with "GPU server status 171.67.108.21, 171.64.65.71,171.67.108.26"

OK,
but by "171.64.65.71 accepting... but" disappearing so suddenly, things weren't clear about what happened to it ...
Still, this is the main problem WS for the moment, I would have done the swap in the reverse.
I myself, had unexpected troubles with it yesterday - it getting without Work (it seems)
It wouldn't allow the switch to another WS though, till very much later !
It had been providing me with steady work the day before ...

Merged ... it's still the same ongoing issue, so no need for more threads.
