i only know that 'small' is <5MB, 'normal' is <10MB, and 'big' is >10MB from setting for acceptable size of work assignment and work result packets. but what is spesific project refered to that?

This size apply to the memory requirements and data transfers sizes (both upload and download). If any of these parameter exceed 5 MB, it's a normal WU, and if it exceed 10 MB, it's a big WU.

so there are not spesific project A is small, project B is normal or project C is Big, if the parameter is data transfers size there are chance that same project will be small/normal/big?

If my memories are correct, p46xx are small projects, p44xx are either small or normal (I don't remember exactly), p24xx are big ...

By definition, all SMP projects are big.

I don't remember the details of all projects ...

Not precisely ... but if there's a lot of atoms in the WU, there are high chances that it will use more memory.
