music from F@H Ps3 version

Sorry if there's already a post for this, I did 3 searches and didn't get any results.
I've had F@H running on my home computer for a while now, and just set it up for my PS3, and fell in love with the included music. Does anyone know if it's possible to get a copy of this music? Is it CreativeCommons or is it CopyRighted? I found a few copies on youtube from people who recorded it from their TV using mics, but it sounds a bit off.
