Hello everyone. Any help on changing team name and number when using a VM and Linux? I have instructions for doing this but they don't work. I am stuck folding for team "notfred" I want to fold for overclock. My GPU folding is going good,no problems. Thanks

Are these the instructions you've tried to use?

The system will start up and run with default settings, point a web browser at the specified IP address and hit the "Reconfigure this host and any USB drives." link to reconfigure it and then hit the "Remote reboot: enabled" link to get it to pick up the new configuration.

If so, what part didn't work for you?

Notfred is a member at the Tech Report forum, and doens't visit here much. If the instructions don't work, try posting over there so he can help you.

Thanks guys, I managed to get my correct team and name added to my VM but when I check "stats" inside of Fahmon I am taken to the Tech Report stats page. I will do as instructed and move to The correct Forum with my "stats" question

Just wanted to say issue worked its self out. It was a first WU submission then correct team and name appeared. Had to do a "split screen" activation of "configure" on folding parameters page and my VM "restart", so I had two problems, one worked its self out, the other I had too take only minimal action. Thanks
