Reinstalling Windows 7

Hi there, I am having to reformat and reinstall everything onto my HD and wonder what directories I must save to keep my folding alive once up and running again?

The home directory that contains the executable should contain all the files and subfolders you need. Copy it intact, and then recopy it to the new installation. I was even able to reuse all my shortcuts (XP to Win7).

Unless your running big advac, i'd just stop after the current unit, and reinstal everythking fresh.
