FAH connection error with ISP

Hi everyone, I'm having major problems with running the FAH client (any version).
The problem's not in the actual client but with my ISP, Etisalat - the worst ISP ever! Etisalat is more or less the only ISP in Dubai. Whenever I run folding@home; whether it's any version; or on multiple computers; and in different houses (even on the PS3) - it just cannot connect and says: "Couldn't get work instructions". Here's an example of what the log looks like when this happens:
Now this is definitely with the ISP because I tried it in my dads office - yes, i know - for some bizarre reason, they don't go through Etisalat; and the internet is completely 'normal'. As you may have guessed, folding@home works beautifully at my dads office.
It may be worth mentioning that Etisalat does some weird thing where they group everyone to the same external IP or something, and all the ports and messed up. If you need more info on what's so different with Etisalat; Wikipedia has more details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etisalat
So now I'm left to only one option: proxies. I tried numerous proxies (just a simple ip and port; usually 8080 or 80) from lists online: none work. What else can i do concerning proxies? One other annoying thing Etisalat does is that direct IP addresses are blocked, for example: http://163.30.0.6/ will not work, but http://163.30.0.6/index.html will work.
I have an entire school willing to fold, my school has over 150+ Pentium 4, 3.0ghz Dells - and bloody Etisalat is blocking them! Please help me! I sure the only way to solve this is through a proxy.
