This error code on this one is the same as my last submission. However, this one made it to 100%.. the other one did not.

Edit: looks like this might be just a harmless warning message as the work is completing as expected. However, I am still reporting so that it might be cleaned up in the future. :)

This is normal for this core, some wu's will not run to 100% but they are still returning valid results ( the trajectory just ends sooner then expected ). toTow will edit his news about this core to include this.

Would be nice to see a Pande Group News post as well, or at least a tweet.

Or should we just set our browsers to redirect http://folding.typepad.com/ to http://en.fah-addict.net/news/news.php instead?

Agreed, I'm just concerned about the warning message saying it can't clean up the work directory properly. Hopefully new work downloaded to this slot can overwrite this data and process properly.

That warning has been there with all cores, Joseph has looked at making sure the slots will not be unusable ( tested and confirmed afaik ) so that should not be an issue.

Odd, I don't see it in any of my other log files prior to these new ProtoMol cores but I will take your word for it. You've been around a lot longer than I. :)

Gpu cores, not cpu cores, so you're right and I'm not. Still, it's both atm a cosmetic issue ( or it should be ).

Time on the forum does not reflect one's knowledge, stay sceptical ;)

I've just noticed this message on my machine too ... I guess we should put it on the to-investigate list

If you check your client's work folder, you will likely find a stray LOCK file. (wudata_XX.lock) The XX will correspond to the queue slot of the ProtoMol WU creating the warning message.

So far every ProtoMol I've folded has left it's LOCK file in the work folder. :?

Yes, more investigation is warranted.

I have not seen any serious errors from this issue, but it may become an issue after you've completed 10 WUs and the queue loops around.
